Smartyhost, a webhosting company in Australia announces a $10,000 prize in their quest to find Australia’s best Blog or Blogger.

The winner will be announced on 30th November, 2005.

Apart from Darren Rowse who publishes both the successful ProBloger and Livingroom.org who already earns that magical 5 figure monthly income - AND - I believe another such achiever is, Duncan of the Blogherald, (although Duncan has not always disclosed his income details so openly), I cannot think of any other Blogger, who would not be over the moon at the huge boost of earning that first magical five figure cheque (and particularly before the Christmas holidays).

This would be a *just* reward and long overdue recognition for dedicated webmasters, as compensation for all the long hours spent in researching and presenting credible marketing information.. to assist new Aussie online entrepreneurs in their quest to derive a fulltime income from the internet.

Such a magical boost to much needed working capital, to further develop online work, is not accessible via traditional avenues, such as the banks.
